For over a decade, Nicole Rodriguez, founder of The Claremont Concierge, dedicated her career to child welfare as a caseworker within the Department of Social Services, Child Protective Division. This invaluable experience instilled a deep commitment to providing exceptional care and support for families and individuals.

Building on this foundation, Nicole spent the next 27 years developing and refining high-end educational and entertainment programs, including college tour experiences, entertainment industry career exploration, and luxury performing arts summer camps held in over eight countries.

In 2020, as COVID-19 closures disrupted global travel, Nicole responded to an urgent need—coordinating emergency travel for over 60 young adults returning to multiple countries. This pivotal moment led to the creation of Young Travelers Concierge, ensuring dedicated, on-call support for students and young travelers navigating uncertain situations.

The expertise gained through the immersive work in an array of industries laid the foundation for The Claremont Concierge, expanding services into personalized lifestyle support.

In 2022, recognizing the need for a dedicated personal concierge service in Claremont—a city primarily composed of seniors, students, and executives—Nicole pursued in-depth training with elite concierge organizations and industry leaders while also joining forces with a prestigious concierge network for VIP ticketing and exclusive purchases.

Today, we serve a range of high-net-worth and high-profile clientele, as well as the average household, each with varying support needs and expectations of uncompromising service, discretion, and expertise.
